I've been getting into running the past few months and am trying to get in good enough form to possibly run some long distance races in the coming months. We'll see how it goes. I'm just going to record the number of miles I run per day as well as days I have soccer games. (possibly add times as well if I get a hold of a digital wrist watch (all I have is a fake rolex))
I've been ill the last week or so with a nasty respiratory tract infection. I think, actually I know, I got it from bailing hay last Saturday 7/5 when I experienced the worst allergic reaction of my life. My arms and neck swelled up, my eyes closed shut and the mucus took over the passageways.
Everything in miles.

Music
I love good music. I love listening to it in my car, on my IPOD, computer and stereo. I love watching live music. I love reading about music. And now I'm trying to learn to play a bit of it on a guitar.
I'll try to update what I'm listening to at the moment as well as my opinions on music in general.
No rating system available with music.
CURRENTLY LISTENING TO:
Evil Urges by My Morning Jacket

Kala by M.I.A

Film
I'm using the old four star rating system to rank movies I've recently watched and explaining in one sentence why I like, dislike or am just altogether 'meh' about the film.
****= highly recommend
***= worth a look
**=take it or leave it
*= highly don't recommend at all for goodness sake
Vantage Point * - The deluge of trailers put me off to this movie before I watched it and the movie put me even more off.
The Princess and the Warrior *** - Is able to create a lot of tension with some very interesting characters and has one of the most memorable scenes taken place under a truck.
My Blueberry Nights ** - I'm usually a fan of Wong Kar Wai's work but I didn't get attached to the characters in Blueberry as much as his other films possibly due to some pretty mediocre acting, sorry Norah.
Be Kind Rewind *** - Worth seeing just for the cinematography.
The Spiderwick Chronicles *** - Magic, goblins, fairies... I'm game.
Southland Tales* - Way too many ideas squeezed into one story led to one of the most confusing movies I've ever watched.
Awake ** - Unique use of voiceover but the whole story was a little too thin and blatant.
Before the Devil Knows You're Dead **** - Acting was great, directing was great, story was great.
The Dark Knight **** - Best movie I've seen all year.
Never Back Down ** - One and a half hours of montages!
